We therefore seek to establish and maintain conditions that provide our clients with the security required in relation to the services we provide, making the entire process (from search to recruitment) of leaders more practical and dynamic for the companies.
Client  relations
  Panelli Motta Cabrera’s job is based on  exclusivity. Our client is always the company, never the professional. We prefer  to develop projects using a dual approach, in other words, assignments are  conducted by two partners. Thus we are able to consolidate our relationship  based on personal trust, shared values and in-depth knowledge of the business  environment, while at the same time adding our industry, functional and  competency expertise.
Professional  relations
  We always seek to provide solutions that are also  ideal for the professional involved, hoping to assist the professional in identifying  opportunities and challenges that are in line with his/her career and  interests. We are known for building long-lasting relationships with  professionals based on respect and transparency.
Confidentiality 
  All projects are conducted in a confidential and transparent manner, based on respect between the parties. 
Negotiations
  We  are involved in negotiating the compensation and benefits package with each  professional as previously defined by the company. The goal is to preserve the  relationship during the most delicate negotiation phases, consequently making  it easier for the parties to reach a successful outcome.
At the discretion of the professional, we may provide assistance on how to best terminate his/her current employment.
Monitoring
  For up to a year after the professional initiates  his/her activities at a given company, we monitor their integration into the  culture and structure of the new organization through ongoing contact, be it in  person or by telephone. If necessary, we schedule meetings to discuss any specific  needs.
Guarantees
  If, as a result of a professional’s performance or  inability to adapt to the corporate values and culture, employment is  terminated within the first year, we will begin a new selection and recruitment  process to replace this professional at no extra cost. If the decision to  terminate employment results from any other reason or cause that is not behavioral  or functional in nature, the replacement of the professional will not covered  by this guarantee.
Off limits
  For  a one-year term as from the date the respective professional is contracted, Panelli Motta Cabrera will not include its client’s executives in any selection  processes that it may conduct, unless it has express authorization from said  company.
Furthermore, the contracted professionals remain off limits for the entire contract term with the company, regardless of any time limit, unless it has express authorization from the said company.
