Silvana joined Panelli Motta Cabrera in 2001 as a Senior Consultant and was promoted to Director in 2008 and a Partner in 2009. Prior to joining Panelli Motta Cabrera she worked for ten years at Dow Corning do Brasil in the marketing and sales areas, having already worked with executive search consulting.

 

Silvana specializes in a variety of areas; however, in the last years she has focused on construction, engineering services, industry, family-owned companies and life sciences, involving hospital management, medical devices as well as pharmaceutical, including cosmetics, OTC and under prescription.

Silvana has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Mackenzie and completed a Marketing specialization course at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP). She is also fluent in English.
