Joined Panelli Motta Cabrera in 2019.

 

She has been working in human resources since 2009, starting her career in trainee and internship consulting programs. In 2011 she joined an executive search consultancy as headhunter for several sectors such as pharmaceuticals, technology, agribusiness, chemistry, retail, consumer goods, automotive and financial.

 

In 2018 she started as a Lead Recruiter at IBM managing the Recruitment Process Outsourcing for the Syngenta Brazil account reporting to Latin America.

Fernanda graduated in Psychology from FMU and Post Graduated in HR Management from BSP (Business School São Paulo).

 

She is fluent in English and studied General English Advanced Level course at ELS - English Language School and English for business at Boston University in Boston, USA, where she lived for 10 months.
